Fleur In Motion ("we", "us") creates AI-generated property videos from listing photographs provided by the customer ("you"). Videos include cinematic motion, voiceover, background music, and optional agency branding.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use. All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes where required by law.
We aim to deliver completed videos within 24 hours of receiving your listing photos or URL. Delivery times may vary depending on volume. Videos are delivered via email or shared link.
Each video includes one round of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee.
If we are unable to deliver your video within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Once a video has been delivered, refunds are not available as the service has been rendered. See our Refund Policy for details.
You retain ownership of your listing photographs. Upon delivery and payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, share, and distribute the video for marketing purposes. We may use anonymized versions of delivered videos in our portfolio unless you opt out.
You confirm that you have the right to use the listing photographs you provide. You may not use our service for unlawful purposes or submit content you do not have permission to use.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We collect your email address and listing information solely to deliver your video. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
