When you place an order, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and listing information (photos, URLs). Payment information is handled entirely by Paddle.com — we never see or store your card details.
We use your information solely to: deliver your video, communicate about your order, and improve our service. We do not use your data for marketing unless you opt in.
We share data only with: Paddle.com (payment processing), cloud hosting providers (video delivery), and AI service providers (video generation). We do not sell your data to anyone.
We retain your order data for 12 months after delivery, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact hello@fleurinmotion.com to exercise these rights.
Our website uses minimal cookies for analytics (if any) and Paddle checkout functionality. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
